the individual that conducts the infrared surveys for Infrared Services, Inc.
Dale’s
goal is to provide skilled service in an industry that has some people giving
poor service and shoddy workmanship to grab a quick buck and move on. Infrared
is a tool with great potential to help prevent damage, fires, outages, down
time, serious damage to costly equipment and money if used properly with
knowledgeable skilled professionals.
Dale
Southworth is the Vice President and Chief Thermographer of InfraTek Inc.
d.b.a. Infrared Services Inc. He is a level II thermographer conforming to the
guidelines of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) SNT-TC-1A.
He has been doing electrical, distribution, power system, uninterrupted power
systems, mechanical systems, rotating equipment, roof moisture, energy audits,
glycol snow melt systems, plumbing leak detection and other nondestructive
surveys since 1991. He has over 18 years
of experience in building maintenance and construction techniques and has
taught infrared thermography to a plastics company electrical department in

been published in the Colorado Real Estate Journal and International Facilities
Managers Association best practices. We have received very high reviews of the
report format used. It is concise and simple to use for both technicians and
lay persons.
Dale
holds an associate degree in electrical and electronic engineering technologies,
and is a member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT),
International Electrical Testing Association (NETA).
His
experience and knowledge come from years of practice and diversification with
hands on experience in thermography, maintenance and repairs.
